TL;DR: Be cool, don't be a jerk. Don't post illegal stuff. You own your content but give us permission to display it. We can remove content that breaks rules. Use at your own risk. Must be 13+ to use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Krazframe! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Krazframe.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Krazframe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Krazframe. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You have not been previously banned from Krazframe

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Invite Codes

Account registration may require an invite code. Invite codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared publicly. Abuse of the invite system may result in account termination.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Krazframe ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Krazframe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
Create thumbnails and optimize images for performance
Allow other users to view and interact with your content

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree that your User Content will NOT contain:

Illegal content or content that violates any applicable laws
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
Malware, viruses, or malicious code
Spam, excessive self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
Content depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive manner
Harassment, bullying, or threats toward others
Hate speech or content promoting violence or discrimination

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Manipulate voting systems or artificially inflate clout scores
Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the platform without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Krazframe
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
Collect or harvest user data without consent
Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
Share your account credentials with others

5. Clout System and Voting

Krazframe uses a clout-based reputation system:

Clout is earned through community engagement (upvotes) and lost through downvotes
Higher clout provides benefits such as larger upload limits and vote weight
Vote manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination
We reserve the right to adjust clout scores to combat abuse
Clout scores are not transferable and have no monetary value

6. Content Moderation

6.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

Remove or refuse to display any User Content for any reason
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Modify or discontinue features at any time
Limit access to certain features based on user behavior or clout

6.2 Reporting

Users may report content that violates these Terms. We will review reports but are not obligated to remove reported content. Our moderation decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Krazframe Property

The Krazframe platform, including its design, features, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on Krazframe

7.2 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Krazframe infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Location of the infringing material (URL)
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated.

8. Third-Party Services

Krazframe may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., YouTube embeds). We are not responsible for:

The availability or content of third-party services
Privacy practices of external websites
Terms of service of third-party platforms

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

KRAZFRAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Content will be accurate, complete, or reliable
Defects will be corrected
The platform is free from viruses or harmful components

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAZFRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Krazframe shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krazframe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion:

Your account will be deactivated
Your profile information will be removed
Your content may remain visible but will be disassociated from your username

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
Attempt to circumvent platform restrictions
Pose a legal or security risk

Termination may be immediate and without prior notice. You will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Krazframe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krazframe regarding your use of the platform.
